Nuking the I-15 heavily isolates Vegas from them. The Divide was originally the NCR's route to Vegas and was one of their main supply line before the Courier allegedly caused the nukes to go off. The Nuking caused the NCR to funnel everything to I-15 evidently, bottlenecking their supply line which is what Caesar wanted.

Well this mod changes that. The Long 15 Reborn completely revamps the Long 15 into my own interpretation of the NCR Base which once was there. Showcase Video.
